Service Description
An introduction to professional skincare. This treatment deeply cleanses, exfoliates, and restores balance to the skin while promoting relaxation. Includes aromatherapy, steam, double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions (if needed), treatment mask, neck/shoulder/décolleté massage, and finishing products.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Deposits A valid card is required to book all appointments. Deposits may be required for select services and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & No-Shows We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a $20 fee. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust services to respect the time of other guests. Refunds All services are non-refundable. If you have concerns, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address them appropriately. Children & Guests To maintain a peaceful environment, only clients receiving services are permitted unless otherwise approved. Health & Safety Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
